The sad truth

By the time that person who you wish would so desperately really care, truly does… you’ll be at a point in your life, where you most likely won’t care anymore. It’ll be too late. And I know it kills you inside to hear that, but it’s the sad, honest truth. Until you’ve let them go, they won’t ever see what they lost. Until you move on, they won’t realize. 

If losing you is what it takes for someone to realize what they have, maybe they’re not worthy of you to start with. Someone who truly cares, will appreciate you day in and day out. Don’t let yourself be walked all over. Love is kind. Love is good. Love is pure.
